The Joel · Roof options

Two roofs, one plan.

Gable or shed roof, chosen before permitting. Concept renderings based on the plan; siding and colors are yours to choose.

Who it's for

A first rental, a home office or studio with a bathroom, or anyone who wants the lowest-cost path to a permitted ADU.

The lot it wants

Almost any Bend backyard. The footprint is small and the plan is forgiving. Note that this plan can't be mirrored, so the entry side is fixed.

Designer

City of Eugene plan, shared with Bend. Free to permit in Bend; the City of Bend licenses the plan for permitting inside city limits. Revisions to pre-approved plans aren't allowed, so the home is built exactly as drawn, with only the options the set already includes.
