Jon has managed construction in Central Oregon for more than 25 years: high-end custom homes, remodels, post-frame buildings and everything in between. A licensed general contractor with his own company, he helps manage our ADU projects, and his depth on structure, sequencing and subcontractors is behind the way every one of them runs.
About
Williams West Construction is run by Coe Williams, a licensed general contractor based in Bend. When you reach out, you talk to the person who will check your lot, sign the permit application, and stay accountable for the job from the first day to the last.
We focused the company on ADUs because they're the right size for a careful builder to do exceptionally well, and because Bend's pre-approved plan program finally made them simple enough for a normal homeowner to take on. We know all five free plans in detail, from the plate heights to which options you have to choose before permitting.
