Tell us about your lot, then pick a time to talk.
Step one is your address, contact info and the plan you have in mind. Step two is a calendar where you pick a time for a 30-minute call, by phone or video. Before the call, we pull your zoning, setbacks and lot coverage from City of Bend records and check them against the five pre-approved plans, so the call starts with answers.
Your lot and your plan
Address, contact info, and which plan caught your eye (or "check all five"). That's all we need to pull your zoning, setbacks, lot coverage and anything on record like easements or an alley.
Pick a time to talk
After you submit, a calendar opens with our available times for a 30-minute call. Choose one and you'll get a confirmation by email with a video link; phone works too.
The call
We go over which plans fit on paper, where they'd sit on the lot, utilities and access, budget range and timeline. Afterward we send pricing for your plan at all three finish levels. The call is free, and if the records show that none of the five plans can work on your lot, we'll email you before it so nobody wastes time.
Property visit & written estimate · $500
If you want to move forward, we visit the property and price your plan, lot and finish levels into a detailed written estimate. The $500 fee is credited in full toward your contract. From there it's a signed contract and a deposit, and we start on your permit.
